Privacy Notice

Last updated: 04 May 2026

DRAVEK Holdings Ltd ("DRAVEK", "we", "us", or "our") is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website and our correspondence with you. This notice explains what we collect, why we hold it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

DRAVEK Holdings Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17192223. Correspondence relating to this notice should be addressed to the registered office or to privacy@dravek.uk.

2. The personal data we collect

DRAVEK does not maintain a public enquiry channel and we do not operate marketing or analytics on this website. We may nevertheless hold the following categories of personal data:

  • identity and contact details for individuals representing existing clients, counterparties or professional advisers;
  • correspondence records and meeting notes relating to engagements;
  • information provided to us in the course of due diligence on prospective engagements; and
  • information required for accounting, tax and statutory record-keeping.

3. The legal bases for our processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 UK GDPR:

  • Contract — where processing is necessary to perform an engagement to which you, or your organisation, are a party;
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records under company, tax or anti-money-laundering legislation;
  • Legitimate interests — for the careful conduct of our business, including correspondence with counterparties, conflicts checks and the protection of the firm and its clients.

4. How long we retain it

Personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Engagement records are typically retained for a period of seven years from the close of the engagement, consistent with UK statutory record-keeping requirements.

5. Disclosure

DRAVEK does not sell or rent personal data. We may share personal data with our professional advisers (legal, tax, audit and banking), with regulators or law enforcement where legally required, and, in the ordinary course of an engagement, with the parties to that engagement.

6. International transfers

DRAVEK is established in the United Kingdom and ordinarily processes personal data within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside these areas is necessary, it is made under an appropriate safeguard recognised by the UK GDPR.

7. Your rights

Subject to the exceptions in the UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please write to privacy@dravek.uk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we would ask that you raise the matter with us first.

8. Changes to this notice

DRAVEK may amend this notice from time to time. The current version is the version published on this page. Material changes will be notified to clients with whom we hold an active engagement.
