Activities

DRAVEK is a private holding and consultancy company. Its activities consist of (i) holding interests in a small number of operating businesses, and (ii) providing strategic and management consultancy to a select portfolio of clients on a private, by-introduction basis.

DRAVEK is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It does not carry on any regulated activity for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and nothing on this site should be construed as financial advice or as an offer of any regulated product.

Tax

DRAVEK is registered for UK Corporation Tax with HM Revenue & Customs and complies with the Making Tax Digital regime where applicable to its activities. Statutory accounts are filed with Companies House annually.

Anti-money-laundering

DRAVEK applies customer due diligence procedures to all new engagements and counterparties consistent with the principles of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, as amended.

Modern slavery

DRAVEK does not currently meet the turnover threshold under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The firm nevertheless will not knowingly engage with any counterparty whose practices are inconsistent with the Act.

Any concern relating to the conduct of DRAVEK or any individual acting on its behalf may be raised in writing to the registered office or to info@dravek.uk. Concerns are reviewed promptly by the firm's principals.
